Barclays customers given more debit cards control to crackdown on fraud

High street bank Barclays is to give its customers more control over their debit cards in an effort to crackdown on fraud. Ashok Vaswani is Barclays' UK chief executive and the man who launched the scheme today. He speaks to Ian King.
